RETURNS/REFUNDS

No returns or refunds will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please call the customer service department at 1-800-733-2870 with the return request. If the product shipped is the product ordered we may request a restocking fee of up to 30%. However, custom products and some special ordered products are not returnable. All returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense, unless otherwise agreed upon. We will issue a refund once we receive the returned product(s).
